Tintern In Person & Online - Join us this Sunday for an in-person service at 9:45 am. We will also be broadcasting a livestream on our website starting at 9:45 am. A reminder to self screen before attending. Masks are optional.

This Sunday the Great Lakes Christian High School Chorus will be leading our worship! There will not be Sunday School classes. We will have a time of extended fellowship.

Kid's Classes Teachers and Helpers Needed - Summer schedule is quickly approaching and we still have a few open spaces. Even if you can't commit to the whole month, we still need your help.

July: Grades 2/3  Helper and
Grades 4/5 Teacher

August: Grades 1 and Under Helper 
(for August 21st and August 28th) and 
Grades 4/5 Teacher

Ukraine - The grade 2-3 class is collecting toys (gently used or new) for Ukrainian children arriving in Canada for the Niagara region. Please bring your toys to the church over the next 2 weeks. See Catherine Perry if you have any questions.

Bible Day Camp
  1. Registration is open for participants (kindergarten through grade 6). Here's the link vbspro.events/p/tinternbdc.   2. Thank you to everyone who has volunteered already! We are looking for: adult tribe leaders (grades 1 to 4), playground/activity leaders, shopkeepers, kindergarten story teller, kindergarten craft leader and assistant and a photographer. We are looking for younger helpers (grade 7 and up) too. Please let Margaret know if you can help. For those going into or who are in high school, you can collect volunteer hours.
  3. Margaret has some items that she needs help prepping for BDC. See her if you are able to take something home and get it ready.
Village of Hope - May is Village of Hope Niagara's Awareness and Support raising for alleviation of food insecurity in Lincoln. Thanks to a generous and very supportive DONOR all May DONATIONS will be MATCHED, and are tax deductible and gratefully received at villageofhopeniagara.org. May Food For All culminates on Saturday May 28 with our Lincoln-wide "pick-up box on porch" FOOD DRIVE. Our "needs" are the same as your own on shopping day. Pick up two of each, of a few items, and on the 28th, set it aside for a "neighbour in need".

Habitat for Humanity - Home for Dinner - Until May 31, when you order $25 or more in takeout from a participating restaurant you'll feel good knowing that you're supporting a local business and Habitat for Humanity Niagara. Home for Dinner is a community fundraising initiative, where customers enjoy great food, happily support local businesses and help Habitat for Humanity build affordable homes for hardworking families in Niagara. WAVES AGM - Will be on Zoom on Friday June 3, 2022. There's information on the WAVES Facebook page or contact Margaret more details. The link for the Zoom meeting will be available closer to the date.

Be a Good Neighbour - Remember to check in with family, friends and neighbours. A telephone call to can go a long way with those feeling lonely through physical distancing/self isolation. Also, local food banks are in need of food.
