Prayers - For Tintern's prayer list, check out our website www.tinternchurchofchrist.ca. The "Prayer Hub" button (top right corner or click here) is where you will find our list of prayers. You can also add prayers.
Please send your submissions for the eBulletin to tinternchurchofchrist@gmail.com.
Mud Season - With the wet and/or snowy weather, the parking lot becomes muddy! Please wipe off your shoes when you enter the building on the mats provided. Parents encourage your children to do the same. Also, the exit door at the back of the Fellowship Hall is not an entry door. There are no mats there to remove mud and dirt from shoes. Please re-enter through the main doors. Thank you!
2025 Bible Reading Plan - You can, of course start (or restart) a Bible Reading Plan anytime, but January is a great time to start again. We have a small group of people at Tintern who participate in reading through the Bible in a year. All you need to do is download the YouVersion Bible App
For Mac click here
For Android click here
Make sure you're logged in and then click this link
That will add you to the Tintern Bible Reading group. You'll be able to leave comments on the readings and hear from other readers about what stood out to them. It starts on Wed Jan 1 and covers the New and Old Testament in one year with selections from the New and Old Testament that take about 20 min to read.
If you fall behind, don't worry, you can just jump back in where the group is.
If you have any questions reach out to Noel and he can help you get started.
Picture Bulletin Board - It's time to update the family pictures on Tintern's picture bulletin board. Send Margaret a recent family photo. It could be from the summer, the fall or perhaps even during the past holiday season.
2024 Receipts - If you have any 2024 receipts that have not been turned in, please turn them in to Carolyn Wilcox or email to tinternpayables@gmail.com by January 31, 2025.
Men's Breakfast - Guys are invited to our first (2025) Men's Breakfast on Saturday Jan 11 at 8am here at the building. Contact Noel for details.
Help Requested -
- Catherine P met with Lisa R (Elaine's daughter in law.) a couple of weeks ago. Lisa agreed to have help with meals, if some would be interested in helping with this. Please deliver meals to Catherine P and she will take them over. Lisa also has a neighbour who has cancer, who she is very concerned about. She thought it would be helpful for her to have meals as well.
- Lisa and Russ would also appreciate help with rides to Jurvinski hospital. Contact Tracy F at 905-379-6464 if you can help out.

Leftover Items - There are a few dishes and other items that are on the small table in the Fellowship Hall. Please take a look and see if anything belongs to you. Anything left behind on Monday will be donated.
Giving More in 2024 Recap - Thank you Tintern!! Last year we were able to provide the four local food banks with over 900 items. Let's continue to help out our local food banks with non-perishable items in 2025. Every item you donate makes a difference.
