Baby News - Big sister Charlotte is excited to let you know that her baby sister Maeve Elizabeth was born yesterday (April 16). Mom and baby are doing well. Congratulations Caleb and Victoria!

Training for Service - April 18 (Good Friday) - Hosted by the Newmarket Church of Christ will be at Great Lakes Christian High School. Mike Cope is the featured speaker. Click on his name to read his Pepperdine bio. Attached is the schedule for the day. Bring a lunch. Please park at Providence Christian Reformed Church (beside Great Lakes) and walk over. This will leave lots of parking for those who have difficulty walking longer distances.

Youth Rally Billeting - Great Lakes' Youth Rally is April 25-26. Right now, we have 9 students and 1 mom that need billeting. This would be for 1 night only (Friday, Apr 25). No meals would need to be provided. They would need to be picked up at GL at 10:00pm Friday & dropped off the next morning around 9am. We would assign people to billets in groups of at least 2. If you think you may be able to help or if you have questions, see Megan.

Easter Egg Hunt - On Easter Sunday, immediately after classes, kids EPIC and down can participate in the annual Easter egg hunt. Kids classes will be shortened slightly for this. Baskets will be provided.

Celebration of Spring Potluck - Sunday April 27, 2025 (note, this is the Sunday after Easter) is our next potluck. Click here to go to the food and volunteer signup page. A paper copy is posted on the wall at the back of the auditorium. Monetary donations towards the cost of ham is appreciated and can be given to Bethany or Margaret. Rexdale Church of Christ is hosting a ladies day on May 17, 2025. The theme will be: A Call to Holiness, 1 Peter 1:16-17. Speaker: Sis. Laura Service. They will host this event at the Bramalea church building. Please R.S.V.P. to service.laura@gmail.com by May 9th.
Fenwick Ladies Day - Saturday May 31, 2025. All the details are in the flyer attached and a copy is posted on the bulletin board between the washrooms. Registration is required by May 23 to dandelionacres@gmail.com or cofcfenwick@gmail.com or call 905-386-6916.

WAVES AGM - Attached below you will find the invitation to the WAVES AGM. All ladies are invited to attend in person or via Zoom. Please RSVP to Dianne Gardner by May 16 and let her know you will be attending. This will help them know how much food to have prepared.

From Martin C - Lloyd has moved to Deer Park Villa, 150 Central Avenue in Grimsby. Second floor room 206. His meals are 12:00 and 5:00 so the prime visiting time would be 1 to 4:30 and 6 to 8 if you are so inclined to visit. Lloyd does not have a phone now so feel free to call Martin at 905-932-5757 if more information needed.
Because of his dementia and being nearly blind, he may or may not connect to who you are but he certainly loves to have people visit.

Bible Day Camp - This year Bible Day Camp will be June 30 to July 4th.

We encourage you to pray for this year's Bible Day Camp.
We need newspapers (a lot of newspapers) and flyers for a team building activity. Please bring any newspapers and flyers you have to the building. There is a box outside of Margaret's office where they can be left. Thanks!

Sydney's Bridal Shower - The women are invited to a bridal shower for Sydney C on Saturday June 7th at 10 am at the Tintern building. We are excited for Sydney and Aiden as they start a new journey together. Picture Bulletin Board - Thanks to those that have sent in their new pictures. New pictures are on the bulletin board with more to come. Margaret is still collecting family pictures to update our picture bulletin board.

Nonperishable Items - "Blessed are those whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the Lord their God. He is the Maker of heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them—he remains faithful forever. He upholds the cause of the oppressed and gives food to the hungry." Psalm 146:5-7(a) For the month of April please bring in cleaning supplies. Think spring cleaning, so sponges, cloths, paper towels, wipes, cleaning solutions etc. All non-perishable items gladly accepted!

Participation - If you would like to participate in A/V ministry, song leading, praying, sharing communion thoughts, reading scripture, family time announcements or teaching/ helping in the Sunday School/Wednesday night program, please reply to this email or speak to Noel, Megan or Margaret.
