Prayers - For Tintern's prayer list, check out our website www.tinternchurchofchrist.ca. The "Prayer Hub" button (top right corner or click here) is where you will find our list of prayers. You can also add prayers.

Please send your submissions for the eBulletin to tinternchurchofchrist@gmail.com.

Mud Season - With the wet and/or snowy weather, the parking lot becomes muddy! Please wipe off your shoes when you enter the building on the mats provided. Parents encourage your children to do the same. Also, the exit door at the back of the Fellowship Hall is not an entry door. There are no mats there to remove mud and dirt from shoes. Please re-enter through the main doors. Thank you!

Picture Bulletin Board - It's time to update the family pictures on Tintern's picture bulletin board. Send Margaret a recent family photo. It could be from the summer, the fall or perhaps even during the past holiday season.

2024 Receipts - If you have any 2024 receipts that have not been turned in, please turn them in to Carolyn W or email to tinternpayables@gmail.com by January 31, 2025.

January Friday Night Connect - Come to the building at 6:30pm tomorrow (the 17th) for a time of prayer over our building. Around 6:45 we will begin showing The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. There will be snacks and board games in the back foyer as well. Thank you to the Ewoniak's for co-hosting!

Help Requested
  1. Catherine P met with Lisa R (Elaine's daughter in law.) a couple of weeks ago. Lisa agreed to have help with meals, if some would be interested in helping with this. Please deliver meals to Catherine P and she will take them over. Lisa also has a neighbour who has cancer, who she is very concerned about. She thought it would be helpful for her to have meals as well.
  2. Lisa and Russ would also appreciate help with rides to Jurvinski hospital. Contact Tracy F at 905-379-6464 if you can help out.
Shelter Helps - Last March Roger & Catherine were able to go to El Salvador to help build homes. This was a very rewarding trip, and they are making plans to go again in March 2025. They've been challenged to raise funds among their friends to build a home. If you are interested, please go to the link and indicate in the "designation" window that the donation is for Roger & Catherine Perry/Bethany March Trip.

Sunshine Suitcase - Anna-Lise Z will be going down to Lubbock, Texas in early February to visit Scott and Tereasa. She is taking a suitcase with her that she would love to fill with little gifts to encourage and cheer them up. Cards and letters are also welcome. If you are interested please bring in any items by Sunday January 26 to Tintern. Please not that the items in the suitcase are to be a surprise for Scott and Tereasa.

Canning Jars - David P has canning jars he would like to get rid of. If you are interested contact David.

Nonperishable Items - "Blessed are those whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the Lord their God. He is the Maker of heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them—he remains faithful forever. He upholds the cause of the oppressed and gives food to the hungry." Psalm 146:5-7(a)   Tintern will continue to collect non-perishable items. For the month of January please bring in canned veggies, fruit and meat. Any non-perishable items gladly accepted!

Participation - If you would like to participate in A/V ministry, song leading, praying, sharing communion thoughts, reading scripture, family time announcements or teaching/ helping in the Sunday School/Wednesday night program, please reply to this email or speak to NoelMegan or Margaret
