Wedding Bells - Congratulations to Catherine and Braden Meeboer on their wedding last week! Wishing happiness to both of them and know that God has great and wonderful things in store for them.
Bible Day Camp -
- If you have some time tonight, please join us at 7 pm and work on the decorations that Jeremy has started. Come dressed to paint/mud/glue.
- Registration closes Monday June 19. If you have any friends and family that haven't registered yet, encourage them to do it soon. Click here to register.
- Please bring in empty paper towel rolls. There is a white bin in Margaret's office where they can be placed.
- Do you have one or more days available to volunteer during Bible Day Camp? Speak to Margaret as soon as possible. Thank you to everyone that has already volunteered. We can't do this without YOU!
Bible Day Camp Work Bee - This year we will be having one work bee to get ready for Bible Day Camp - Saturday June 24. If you are a volunteer, please arrive at 10am for our meeting. As soon as the meeting is done we will start our projects (11am). Lunch will be provided. It would be very helpful to know who will be here so that we can order enough food. Please let Margaret know if you will be at the work bee. Click here to send her a quick email.
Save the Date - On Sunday July 16th, while the kids are in class, we will enjoy some coffee and tea and a cake and "shower" Kristen and Matthew with a money tree. If you would like to contribute towards the money tree, cash can be given to either Julie or Margaret and e-transfers to Jodie at j2cook3@gmail.com.
EPIC Pool Party - Kids grades 6-8 are invited to a pool party at Martin and Colleen Cann's on Wednesday, June 21st from 6:30-8:30pm. Bring a towel. Snacks will be provided. This will substitute for our EPIC class that night.
Ice Cream Social - The congregation-wide ice cream social will be at 7pm on Wednesday, June 28. All classes will be attending the social. Bring lawn chairs for your family and any nut-free toppings you want to have. This will mark the end of our Wednesday night classes for all youth/children’s classes until September.
Strawberry Social - Niagara Christian Gleaners is once again hosting a Walk-Through and Strawberry Social. You’re invited to come visit our facilities and learn more about the mission of NCG. Complimentary strawberries and ice cream for our guests. Saturday June 24, 2023 1-4 pm. 6251 Spring Creek Rd, Smithville, Ontario L0R 2A0. The summer newsletter is attached. A printed copy is on the bulletin board between the bathrooms.
