Congratulations (very belated) - Elaine B welcomed another great grandchild, Teddy Moore, on June 30, born to Chloe and Robert. He arrived early but is home and everyone is doing well.

From Marvin & Judy - They are thankful you for all your prayers! Both of them are progressing well. Marvin met with the surgeon recently and received a good report. Judy will meet with her surgeon soon.

From Ralph & Twyla Williams - Thank you! We received over $400 in donations and $200 in jewelry sales on Sunday. Sew & Sews - The two sewing machines and some sewing supplies from the Sew and Sews have been donated to the extended Masumbuko family….Elisha Vyawatu…in particular. Elisha has had experience in tailoring and sewing back in his homeland so he was eager to learn! The family was so very grateful. God provides us with opportunities to share our blessings.

Singspiration - An annual time of singing, is hosted by Camp Omagh, Sunday, August 3, 2025 during the Civic Holiday weekend at 1014 Lower Base Line W., Milton. Join us as we dedicate the new Memory Bench in honour of the memory of Marvin Johnson, long time worker and supporter of camp.

Dedication: 4:30pm
BBQ: 5:30pm There is no charge for the meal but donations will be gratefully accepted.
Singing: 6:30pm. A time of fellowship and a light snack will follow the singing. We will be singing from both the Songs of Faith and Praise and Taylor's Songs for Worship and Praise hymn books. If you have a copy bring them!

Ever thought of bringing your whole family to Family Camp? Singspiration kicks off a whole week of lessons and activities for the entire family, Aug 3 - 9. Kevin and Cathy Pickles are the directors. We'll be on an adventure to FAITH MOUNTAIN!

Tintern Asia Mission Garage Sale - The Japan Mission Team is asking for your help. We are hosting a "Multi-family Garage Sale" in the parking lot of the Beamsville Church of Christ on Saturday Aug 23rd (rain date Aug 30) starting at 8 am. You're welcome to drop by our sale anytime on Aug 23rd but we were wondering if you have any garage sale stuff that you would be willing to donate for the sale. Things like:

Small tables, chairs, shelves, or nightstands (things that are easy to load in a car are especially appealing)
Working hand tools
Sets of matching kitchenware.
Picture frames, lamps, candles, wall art, and seasonal decorations.
Gently used kids’ toys, board games, and puzzles.
Outdoor toys (bikes, scooters, balls)
Baby and children’s clothes
Children’s books and popular fiction
Classic movies and vintage records
Working items like clocks, radios, small TVs, speakers.
Cords and chargers .
Bikes, camping gear, coolers, and fishing equipment.
Costume jewelry, handbags, hats, belts, scarves

You can drop off items for the garage sale here at the Tintern building anytime before Sun Aug 16th. We'll be collecting items in Room 19, preparing them for the sale. If you have any questions, reach out to Noel. Thanks for your continued support of our mission trip this October.

Village of Hope Niagara - Save The Date Join us on Saturday, August 23, 10AM-12PM, for our Annual Summer Food And Funds Drive. With the need as high as 1 in 4 in our community enduring food insecurity, it's critical for us to reach out to our community to keep our shelves ready, and our programs of support and empowerment available for our neighbours in need. When the date arrives, please give generously. Thank you so much.

Community Care West Niagara - Is seeking volunteers for the 36th Annual Beamsville & District Lions Food Drive, on SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 20TH at Great Lakes Christian High School! There are many different roles available and lots of opportunity to help us have another successful year! Help Support Our Mission Trip to Japan with a Tech Donation!

The Tintern Church of Christ is preparing for a mission trip to Japan to connect with Joel Osborne, Hiro Akahoshi and the Mito Church of Christ through outreach, fellowship, and service. To help fund this trip, we’re launching a technology donation fundraiser, and we’d love your support!

What We’re Accepting:

·Laptops

·iPads

·iPhones

·MacBooks

·Tablets

·Other (gently used) electronic devices

How It Works:

·All donated devices will be securely wiped, removing all personal information using professional tools.

·Many devices will be updated and refurbished for resale.

·100% of the proceeds will go directly toward our mission trip expenses.

Job Opportunities at Great Lakes Christian High School - Great Lakes Christian High School in Beamsville, ON is currently hiring for two important roles:

A full-time Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to cover a maternity leave in our preschool program (August 2025–June 2026)
A part-time Male Dormitory Supervisor to serve in our boys’ residence on alternating weekends during the school year

Picture Bulletin Board - Thanks to those that have sent in their new pictures. New pictures are on the bulletin board with more to come. Margaret is still collecting family pictures to update our picture bulletin board.
