Prayers - For Tintern's prayer list, check out our website www.tinternchurchofchrist.ca. The "Prayer Hub" button (top right corner or click here) is where you will find our list of prayers. You can also add prayers.

Please send your submissions for the eBulletin to tinternchurchofchrist@gmail.com.

Livestream - To join the livestream on Sunday's at 9:45am, click on the following YouTube link:  https://www.youtube.com/user/TinternCofC

Mud Season - With the wet and/or snowy weather coming, the parking lot becomes muddy! Please wipe off your shoes when you enter the building on the mats provided. Parents, encourage your children to do the same. Also, the exit door at the back of the Fellowship Hall is not an entry door. There are no mats there to remove mud/dirt/snow from shoes. Please re-enter through the main doors. Thank you!

From the Finance Ministry Team - Consistent, cheerful giving is a vital part of supporting the work here at Tintern. Jesus reminds us that it's a blessing to give to Kingdom work here in our community. We encourage you to prayerfully consider your giving during these last few weeks of the calendar year. Please consider catching up on any donations you may have missed over the year, or adding to your regular gift as we close out our fiscal year.

The Finance Ministry Team will be presenting a Budget for your approval on Sun Dec 14th during adult class. They will be sending out a draft later this month.

WHAT IS IT ABOUT TINTERN?

Micah Rose and Sandy McBay are inviting participants to share briefly on video what Tintern means to you. Whether you are in your 90's or Grade 1, you are invited to think of 2 or 3 reasons why Tintern is important to you, what you continue to learn about God, and how He is present in your life.

During class time November 9 and 16, we will meet in Noel's office. Consider signing the list that has been created (see Sandy), or let her or Micah know your intent.

Pumpkins - If you have any pumpkins, you can drop them off at a farm at 5552 Fly Road. Remove decorations, candles and wax. There is a drop box at the end of the driveway close to Fly Road.

Beamsville Bakery's - Annual Community Care Day is coming up THIS Saturday on November 8! On this day, 10% of all of their sales will go towards supporting CCWN's food bank. PLUS they are graciously donating 100% of the proceeds from their featured sweet treats to #CCWN.

From Sandy M - To the Japan mission team. THANK YOU! Whenever we step outside ourselves (sometimes halfway across the world), we bless and are blessed. It was evident from each one of you in Sunday's presentation that you had a big story to tell in a short amount of time. Thank you for reminding us there is a great big world out there, and the opportunities to share and grow in our faith are numerous. Thank you for encouraging the people in Japan. And, thank you for encouraging us.

Ruth Zimmerman - On Sunday December 28 during adult class time, Ruth will be bringing us a presentation on her work in Papua New Guinea.

Attention, Seniors! - Would you be interested in renewing a regular (e.g., monthly) gathering at Tintern for fellowship, good food, and even better conversation? These gatherings ended with the pandemic, and because they were such a source of encouragement, some of us “oldies but goodies” are wondering if we might give them a new start in the new year! So, the first step is to determine the level of interest. To that end, would you please send a message to Phyllis at swmbo67@gmail.com by December 1 to indicate your interest? This will allow for time to plan for the year to come. Let’s continue to encourage one another!

Volunteer Opportunities - West Lincoln Memorial Hospital Auxiliary is looking for new volunteers. Men or women. Opportunities abound.
