36th Annual Beamsville & District Lions Food Drive - Please place donations outside your front door BY 9AM SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 20TH. Help us reach our goal of collecting 36,000lbs of food and personal care items to restock the shelves at CCWN. This annual Lincoln-wide food drive goes to supporting families, seniors and individuals in the upcoming year! We thank the community for supporting the Lions Food Drive in the past, and we ask for your help again this year, so we can continue "Growing our Community Beyond Hunger"

Closing Up Camp - Camp Omagh needs your help to close up camp for the season. When: Saturday September 20, 10 am start but come when you can. Gates will close at 4pm. We will feed you lunch or bring your own. Bring drills, impact drivers, rakes, gloves, muscles. We will be boarding up windows, hauling items into storage, cleaning. Many hands make light work and we need you!

Special Invitation - The Japan Mission Team invites you to join us at the Tintern Church Building (4359 Spring Creek Road) on Thursday, September 25 @ 7:00 pm. We’ll present a short drama that we’ll be sharing in Japan (Oct 2–16), followed by a brief presentation. Refreshments will be served. A freewill offering will be collected. GLCHS Alumni Worship on Sun Sept 28 - We are looking forward to joining the worship service at Great Lakes on Sunday Sept 28 at 10:30am. Nathan Pickard will be speaking. As a result there will be no service held here at the Tintern building that Sunday. There is accessible parking at the rear doors of the gym.
