CCWN - This is our one and only community-wide FOOD DRIVE held annually for the past 34 years and we could use your help. Many people do not realize the extent of hunger’s reach in our community. 2024 is continuing to be difficult for many due to interest rates, cost of housing, and inflationary pressures. Any help with promoting the event and getting the word out to give, donate, or volunteer would be very appreciated.
Year after year we require over 200 volunteers to successfully gather, product sort, date sort, and deliver 25-30,000 lbs. of non-perishable food items to the CCWN warehouse for the low income families we serve. Volunteer Registration is live on our website, you can sign up as an individual or as a team. Volunteers will be provided with snacks and lunch. Please consider coming out and being part of this fun community day and support those who need our help throughout the whole year!
Food Drive Sorting will take place on Saturday, September 21st at 8:30 am at Great Lakes Christian High School.
Road Crews will go out and pick up from the doorsteps of homes within the limits of Vineland Jordan, Beamsville and Campden.
