Kids Coin Collection - This Sunday is our coin collection. Our kids are going to help collect the money for the kids we are sponsoring. We are sponsoring two children through Christian Relief Fund, Gabriela Jordan (from Piedras Negras, Mexico) and Ambar Gonzales (from Tegucigalpa, Honduras) and also CityKidz in Hamilton. You can also e-transfer money to tinternpayables@gmail.com, in the message box be sure to let us know that the funds are for the kids collection.

Advent Scripture Memorization Challenge - Last Sunday, all families with kids received a keyring of 4 Christmas passages. Families are encouraged to memorize these passages with their kids over the month. This week's passage is Matthew 1:20b-21,23b in the ERV. If your kids memorize it by the end of the week, families are invited to post a video of their kids reciting it on the Tintern Kids Facebook page or share with Megan.

December Friday Night Connect - On December 13th we will be having a Progressive Dinner. Guests will start at someone's home for soup/salad from 5:30 - 6:00pm, go to another home for a main course from 6:00 - 6:45pm, then end at the Fireside Room for dessert from 6:45 - 7:45. Picture Bulletin Board - It's time to update the family pictures on Tintern's picture bulletin board. Send Margaret a recent family photo. Could be from the summer or the fall or perhaps even during the upcoming holiday season.

Shelter Helps - Last March Roger & Catherine were able to go to El Salvador to help build homes. This was a very rewarding trip, and they are making plans to go again in March 2025. They've been challenged to raise funds among their friends to build a home.
